    • Taste before adding salt, as blue cheese is naturally salty.
  3. 3. Adjust Consistency

    • If the dip is too thick for your liking, stir in milk or buttermilk one teaspoon at a time until it reaches the right consistency.

    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
    • This helps the flavors meld together.

  • Cheese Type: Gorgonzola is milder; Roquefort or Stilton will be stronger and more pungent.
